Aid for litigation in court
We take cases to court free of charge on behalf of clients in need whom we have found through counseling meetings. Our litigation services are provided by in-house counsel, public attorneys stationed at the Center and member pro bono lawyers of the One Hundred Lawyers' Association for indigent people, victims of domestic violence, single-parent families, multicultural families in family law cases and, if needed, civil and criminal cases.

Cases for Legal Aid
The legal aid of the Center is focused on family law cases, but it covers civil and criminal cases if necessary. In addition, we provide free legal aid service for bankruptcy, immunity, andindividual rehabilitation procedures for the prompt rehabilitation of individuals with bad credit.
Process
With the help of counselors in charge of aid for litigation, applicants may submit documents requesting aid for litigation to the legal aid committee
- certificate of marriage, register of family relations, basic certificates
- proof of eligibility for legal aid
- evidences and explanatory materials
